1) How to Enter: Visit a Southern California Raider Image Store and enter to win a Pack your Passion prize package. Submit your name and address on the official Entry Form (“Entry”), and deposit the completed Entry in the official collection receptacle located in each Southern California Raider Image Store no later than 1:30PM (PST) on the day of the drawing for that particular store:
· 2:00 PM October 15, 2004, at The Raider Image Ontario Mills
· 2:00 PM October 22, 2004, at The Raider Image Del Amo Mall
· 1:30 PM November 19, 2004, at The Raider Image Montebello Center
· 1:30 PM December 3, 2004, at The Raider Image Lakewood Center
· 1:30 PM December 17, 2004, at The Raider Image Fox Hills Mall
· 1:30 PM December 31, 2004, at The Raider Image Universal CityWalk
Each entry must be submitted separately by personal visit to the applicable Southern California Raider Image Store. ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD PER DRAWING. Entrants submitting more than one Entry in any drawing may be disqualified. No purchase necessary to win prize. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
2) Selection of Winner: The Saturday before each home game from October 15, 2004 through January 2, 2005, one Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries. The Winner’s name will be announced on radio station XTRA and at the applicable Southern California Raider Image Store for that day’s drawing. Winner must be present at that day’s Southern California Raider Image Store or call in to the XTRA radio station within the announced time to win. Prizes will be delivered in person on that day. If the Prize cannot be delivered for any reason whatsoever or the Prize is not claimed by the announced randomly selected Winner by 2:45 p.m. on the day of the drawing, the Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random.
3) Prizes: Two (2) Tickets to the next day’s Raiders’ Home Game, Round Trip Air from Long Beach, California to Oakland, California via JetBlue Airways, Accomodations for 1 night, and a $25.00 Raider Image Gift Card. (approx. retail value $600.00) Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries.
The Prize tickets are applicable to the following Raiders’ Home Games:
- October 15, 2004 (Ontario Mills Shopping Center): October 17th = Raiders vs. Broncos
- October 22, 2004 (Del Amo Shopping Center): October 24th = Raiders vs. Saints
- November 19, 2004 (Montebello Town Center): November 21st = Raiders vs. Chargers
- December 3, 2004 (Lakewood Center): December 5th = Raiders vs. Chiefs
- December 17, 2004 (Fox Hills Mall): December 19th = Raiders vs. Titans
- December 31, 2004 (Universal CityWalk): January 2nd = Raiders vs. Jaguars
4) Eligibility: By entering the “Pack your Passion” Contest (“Contest”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and any decisions by the Raiders or Raider Image, and waive any right to claim any ambiguity in the Official Rules or Entries. No responsibility is assumed for late, lost, delayed, illegible, incomplete, damaged, postage due or misdirected Entries. All Entries become the property of The Oakland Raiders and will not be returned. By accepting the Prize, the winner must consent to the use of their names/likeness, and biographical information for publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Winner will be solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes on prizes. Prizes are non-transferable; no substitutions or cash redemptions.
Contest is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of The Oakland Raiders, Raider Image, LLC, Jet Blue Airways, or their respective affiliates, officers, directors, or their immediate family members are excluded. Void where prohibited by law.
5) Raiders or Raider Image are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate Entry information whether caused by technical difficulty or human error, which may occur in the processing of the Entries in this Contest.
6) By submitting an Entry or accepting any or prize, Entrants, Prize Winners, and any guests accompanying any Prize Winners agree to forever waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Raider Image LLC, XTRA Radio Station, the Oakland Raiders (“Raiders”), and/or its past and present partners, limited partners, owners, entity owners (and the current and former officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, limited partners, assigns and employees of any owners or entity owners), employees, agents, attorneys, directors, officers, shareholders, contractors, successors, assigns and insurers (collectively “Raiders Related Parties”), of, for and from any and all claims, debts, liabilities, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions and causes of action whatsoever, of every nature, character and description, known and unknown, including, but not limited to, all those arising out of or in any way related to the Contest or Entrant’s Entry, including, but not limited to, the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize, any travel on Jet Blue Airlines, travel to or from Network Associates Coliseum, or any participation in this Contest.
7) Entrants, Prize Winners, and any guests of Prize Winners agree to at all times defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Raiders and all Raiders Related Parties from and against any and all claims, debts, demands, obligations, costs, fees, expenses, actions, causes of action and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements) in any way connected with, as a consequence of, arising out of or in any way related to the Contest or Entrant’s entry, including but not limited to, the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize, any travel on Jet Blue Airlines, travel to or from Network Associates Coliseum, or any participation in this Contest.
8) Raiders reserve the right to, in its sole discretion, cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time. Raiders also reserves the right to revoke the prize or discount of any Entrant, at any time, if the Entrant acts in a manner that is, in the Raiders’ sole discretion, offensive, harassing, threatening, repugnant, or violent at any time in connection with the Contest.
9) The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.
