Bengals sign Rackers to a one-year deal

Cincinnati, OH (Sports Network) - The Cincinnati Bengals re-signed kicker Neil Rackers to a one-year deal on Tuesday.

Rackers, a three-year veteran, made 15-of-18 field goals in 16 games with the Bengals last season. He also converted 30-of-32 extra points to give him a team-leading 75 points. Rackers also hit a 54-yard field goal, the second longest in Bengals history.

The 26-year-old Rackers had auditioned for a job with the Seattle Seahawks last week. In three seasons with the Bengals, Rackers has made 44-of-67 field goals.
