Devil Rays set to activate Lee from the DL

St. Petersburg, FL (Sports Network) - The Tampa Bay Devil Rays are expected to activate first baseman Travis Lee off of the 15-day disabled list in time for Tuesday's game at Minnesota.

Lee, who was placed on the 15-day disabled list with a right oblique strain, hasn't played since April 13 when he left the game against the New York Yankees because of the problem.

In his first season with Tampa Bay, Lee is hitting .347 with one homer and five runs batted in over 12 games. He spent the past 2 1/2 years with Philadelphia after playing his first 2 1/2 big league seasons with Arizona.

Tampa Bay also placed pitcher Bobby Seay on the 15-day disabled list with left shoulder tendinitis.
